| The following summarizes how to remove
redeye.
1) Use the eyedropper to sample the true eye color from an area of the
eye without the red eye.
2) Add a new layer by clicking the new layer button on the “Layers”
window.
3) Select a brush with a 0 hardness (you want a soft brush). Use the
left bracket or[ right bracket ] to set the brush size to the size of
the red part of the eye.
4) Next paint the red part of the eye with the selected eye color.
5) Now change the Mode of the layer to “Saturation”
6) Repeat the process, make a second new layer and paint the red part
of the eye, but change the mode of this second, new layer, to hue.
7) The eye should look pretty good and red eye should be gone.
